Patient Financial Counselors

We understand you may have questions or concerns about your insurance coverage. A Patient Financial Counselor (PFC) is available to discuss your options. A directory of counselors at each Kansas City Cancer Center clinic is available for your reference, here. Our PFCs are experts at what they do – they talk with representatives from the insurance companies regularly, helping you navigate the system and easing the stress associated with the financial aspects of your treatment. These specialists will consult with you regarding payment plans, reimbursements, or any other financial concerns you have.
