Dr. Vickie Massey completed medical school at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.  She received her training in radiation oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City.  Following training she was an assistant professor at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.  Upon return to the Kansas City area, she has served as a clinical assistant professor at both the University of Kansas and the University of Missouri-Kansas City.  She has served as the president of the Metropolitan Medical Society and most recently, was the president of the Missouri Radiological Society.  She has served on a number of boards, including the Mid-America Coalition on Health Care, the Missouri State Medical Association as alternate delegate to the AMA, the Missouri alternate delegate to the American College of Radiology.  She is an active member in the Children’s Oncology Group.  She is also a member of a number of professional societies.  The remainder of her free time is spent looking after her children, Aaron and Daryl.
