Dr. Hinton was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. He attended the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Medicine and graduated with distinction in 1995. After fulfilling an Internal Medicine internship and residency at the University of Iowa, Dr. Hinton completed an Oncology/Hematology Fellowship at Indiana University. Dr. Hinton is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Medical Association. Dr. Hinton’s professional interests are general oncology and hematology. He enjoys spending time away from work with his wife and two sons.
