Patty Gerken received her MSN and completed the Adult Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 2002. She has been an Oncology nurse since 1982 and in 1990, joined Kansas City Cancer Centers Blood and Marrow Transplant team. Patty now works at Kansas City Cancer Centers – South and is a member of the Oncology Nursing Society and certified through the ANCC.

In her spare time Patty enjoys exercising, reading, traveling, and playing in the bell choir at her local church. Patty has two adult children and two beautiful grandchildren.
